Moderated sessions where we watch people complete agreed tasks in your application and capture behaviour notes for your team.
What happens in a block
You define one or two tasks that matter — completing a claim, changing a plan, finding a status. We recruit or work with your recruited participants, facilitate the session, and produce a note pack with timestamps, verbatim quotes, and friction points.
When to choose this over a full audit
Choose observation sessions when you already trust your analytics definitions and need human context on a narrow flow. If event names are still contested, start with an Analytics Interpretation Workshop instead.
Pricing
Half-day blocks start at AUD 1,450. Full-day blocks and multi-day packs are available. Participant incentives are billed separately when we handle recruitment.
