What we collect
Website forms: name, email, optional engagement preference, and message content.
Engagement work: contact details of client staff, participant details when we recruit or facilitate sessions, recordings or notes when authorised, and analytics extracts you provide.
Technical logs: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, retained for security and diagnostics.
Purposes
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, deliver contracted work, improve our practice administration, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Enquiry emails and form submissions are kept for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active commercial relationship. Engagement working files are retained for up to 36 months after project close, then deleted or returned per the brief. Financial records are kept as required by Australian tax law.
User rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Email hello@connectvertexbase.digital with enough detail to locate your records. We respond within a reasonable period.
International transfers
Our primary operations and storage are in Australia. If a subprocessors or collaboration requires processing outside Australia, we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection and will note material transfers in the engagement brief when relevant.
Security
We use access controls, least-privilege sharing on client materials, and encrypted transit for form submissions over HTTPS. No method of storage is perfectly secure; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive data through the website form.
Children
This site and our services are directed at organisations and adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
